Architectural detail without the weight
Bands, cornices, quoins, keystones, medallions, column wraps, and window surrounds give a facade its proportion and shadow line. Cut from EPS and coated with a hard, mesh-reinforced base, they deliver that detail at a fraction of the weight and cost of cast stone.
Shapes are hot-wire cut to the architect's profile, so custom radii and one-off details are as straightforward as catalogue profiles.

Scope
Integrated, not stuck on
Trim has to be adhered, mechanically fastened where required, and sealed into the surrounding system with correct drainage so it does not become a shelf that holds water against the wall.
We integrate foam detail into both stucco and EIFS assemblies, and fabricate replacement profiles to match on restoration work where the original trim has deteriorated.
