Traditional Stucco
Cement stucco, installed to spec
Traditional cement stucco remains one of the most durable exterior finishes available — when it is installed correctly. Lath, fasteners, weather-resistive barrier, and each coat have to work together as a system, and shortcuts at any layer show up years later as cracking, staining, or water intrusion.
Shoreline Exterior Systems installs three-coat and one-coat stucco assemblies over frame and masonry substrates, following manufacturer specifications and Florida building code requirements from the barrier out.
- Three-coat and one-coat stucco assemblies
- Lath, accessories, and control joint layout
- Weather-resistive barrier and drainage integration
- Texture matching on repairs and additions
- Integrally colored and coated finishes
- Masonry and frame substrate preparation
Scope
Finishes, textures, and color
We match existing textures on repair and restoration work and install new finishes to the architect's specification — from smooth sand and fine texture through dash, knockdown, and heavier trowel finishes.
Integrally colored acrylic finishes and elastomeric coatings are available where added flexibility and color retention matter, particularly on coastal exposures.
